Job summary

Correct Contract Services Ltd is seeking a Heating Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary team delivering heating maintenance, servicing and repairs across contracts. You will ensure safety, compliance and customer-focused service delivery while managing resources, budgets and performance metrics.

The role involves technical oversight across gas, oil, solid fuel and renewables, with interaction across clients, residents and suppliers to maintain high standards and value-for-money outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven operational leadership in heating servicing, maintenance and repairs.
• Experience across gas, renewables, oil or solid fuel heating systems.
• Knowledge of Gas Safe requirements and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of heating servicing and repairs across contracts with safety and efficiency in mind.
• Ensure compliance with Gas Safe and regulatory standards across fuel types.
• Coach and develop supervisors, engineers and administrators.
