Job summary

Sovereign Network Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Lead Contracts Manager – Heating and Ventilation to drive the delivery of planned, responsive and cyclical works across our heating programmes. You will lead a team of Contracts and Compliance Specialists, ensuring high-quality service delivery, regulatory compliance and value for money.

The role requires gas industry qualifications and travel between SNG sites.

Qualifications

• Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Gas Maintenance & Repair or equivalent.
• Gas Safe registration and ACS qualifications.
• Knowledge of gas safety and gas contracts.
• Experience with communal ventilation systems in housing.
• Knowledge of current building regulations.
• Office-based with travel between SNG sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of planned, responsive and cyclical works across heating programmes.
• Oversee contractor performance and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage budget and financial performance for outsourced works.
• Lead a team of Contracts and Compliance Specialists.
• Ensure governance through reviews, site inspections and audits.
