Job summary

Alecto Recruitment is partnering with a premium property maintenance company to recruit a Senior Heating and Gas Engineer for luxury residential homes across Chelsea, Kensington, Holland Park in SW/West London. The role covers boiler repairs, servicing, diagnostics and installations, with a base salary of £50k-£55k plus strong OTE (£60k-£65k), 25 days holiday, pension, uniform and company van.

Tools provided.

Qualifications

• Gas Safe registration and ACS certificates are required.
• Experience in domestic gas engineering including boiler repairs, servicing and installations.

Location: - South West London | West London | Chelsea | Kensington

We're partnering with a premium property maintenance company that has redefined how tradespeople serve the residential market. Known for exceptional service and 5‑star customer experiences, they work in some of the most prestigious, high‑end homes across Chelsea, Kensington, Holland Park, and surrounding areas.

Our client are now looking to add an experienced heating specialist and qualified gas engineer to the team.

Salary and Package

• £50,000-£55,000 base salary (negotiable depending on experience)


• Additional monthly/quarterly bonuses - strong OTE and earning potential of £60k-£65k+

The Role

As a Senior level Domestic Heating / Gas Engineer, you'll be responsible for:

• Boiler repairs, breakdowns & maintenance


• Heating system servicing


• Diagnostics and high‑quality fault finding


• Boiler installations


• Working across luxury residential homes in SW and West London - Chelsea, Kensington, Holland Park etc.

No two days will be the same and you'll be trusted to deliver a gold‑standard service to high‑end clients.

Opportunity for a senior level engineer to potentially progress in time, and into leading and overseeing other engineers.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5-10 years' of experience as a Qualified Domestic Gas Engineer (more is a bonus)


• Gas Safe Registered, holding relevant ACS Domestic Gas certificates such as; CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1


• Desired - willingness to do some minor plumbing work, radiators, leaks etc.


• Must live within commuting distance of the West London, or SW London area.


• A full UK driving licence is essential.
