Job summary

Alecto Recruitment is seeking a Senior Heating and Gas Engineer for premium residential properties across Chelsea, Kensington, Holland Park and surrounding areas. You’ll handle boiler repairs, servicing and installations, with strong diagnostics and fault finding to deliver a gold-standard service.

The role offers a base salary of £50k-£55k plus strong OTE (£60k-£65k), overtime, 25 days holiday, pension, company van, uniform and devices provided.

Qualifications

• Gas Safe Registered with ACS Domestic Gas certificates such as CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1.
• Minimum 5–10 years' experience as a Qualified Domestic Gas Engineer.
• Willingness to do some minor plumbing work (radiators, leaks).
• Must live within commuting distance of West/SW London.
• Full UK driving licence essential.

Location: - South West London | West London | Chelsea | Kensington

We're partnering with a premium property maintenance company that has redefined how tradespeople serve the residential market. Known for exceptional service and 5‑star customer experiences, they work in some of the most prestigious, high‑end homes across Chelsea, Kensington, Holland Park, and surrounding areas.

Our client are now looking to add an experienced heating specialist and qualified gas engineer to the team.

Salary and Package

• £50,000-£55,000 base salary (negotiable depending on experience)
• Additional monthly/quarterly bonuses - strong OTE and earning potential of £60k-£65k+

Working across luxury residential homes in SW and West London - Chelsea, Kensington, Holland Park etc. No two days will be the same and you'll be trusted to deliver a gold‑standard service to high‑end clients.

Opportunity for a senior level engineer to potentially progress in time, and into leading and overseeing other engineers.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5-10 years' of experience as a Qualified Domestic Gas Engineer (more is a bonus)
• Gas Safe Registered, holding relevant ACS Domestic Gas certificates such as; CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1
• Desired - willingness to do some minor plumbing work, radiators, leaks etc.
• Must live within commuting distance of the West London, or SW London area.
• A full UK driving licence is essential.
