Job summary

Infinity Resource Solutions is seeking a Senior Heat Pump Engineer to install and commission air source heat pumps in premium residential projects near Stowmarket. This role covers retrofit and new-build environments, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

You will work with the Technical Director, mentor junior engineers, and ensure adherence to MCS, building regs, and on-site health & safety. A full UK driving licence and 5 years in heating or renewables are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in heating, plumbing, or renewable energy.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Install air source heat pump systems to a high standard in premium residential and luxury new build settings.
• Follow the project brief and report back on installation progress.
• Ensure compliance with MCS, building regs, and health & safety.
• Collaborate with team and maintain professional communication with clients.
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site technical issues efficiently.
• Mentor junior engineers and uphold a culture of continuous improvement and professionalism.
• Respect company equipment, staff, vehicles, and property at all times.
