Responsibilities

• Lead multiple mid-major client accounts as a trusted advisor to support retention and value delivery.
• Understand client benefit requirements and develop strategic approaches to benefit programmes.
• Ensure renewal timelines are met, market reviews performed and policies placed ahead of renewal.
• Review service disruptions/dissatisfaction and coordinate with carriers to resolve.
• Support the broader development of insurer relationships and internal controls.
