Job summary

Brandon James in Hertfordshire is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead healthcare-focused construction projects from inception through to completion. You will work with clients, consultants, contractors and stakeholders to deliver complex schemes on time and within budget, in a collaborative consultancy environment.

The role requires more than five years of project management experience in a construction consultancy, with MRICS/MAPM/MCIOB progression and strong client-facing skills.

Qualifications

• More than five years of project management experience required.
• Construction consultancy background essential.
• Healthcare project experience highly beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead healthcare-focused schemes from inception to completion.
• Manage programme, procurement, and contract administration; monitor risk and changes.
• Chair meetings, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure delivery on time and within budget.
