Morson Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager (No.1) to lead a live healthcare refurbishment project in London for a major contractor. The role covers fast-track fit-out works in theatres and wards, with strong on-site delivery, H&S and quality governance, and clear collaboration with design teams, subcontractors and suppliers.

You will report to the Operations Director, manage the construction programme using Procore, issue drawings and specs, and ensure RAMs/RFIs are resolved before

Qualificações

• Experience delivering healthcare refurbishment or fit-out projects.
• Experience working in live healthcare environments (theatres, wards, etc).
• CSCS and SMSTS or First Aid are required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead site teams on H&S and quality across live healthcare works.
• Manage client and public-facing communications on site.
• Distribute drawings, specs and schedules to subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure timely technical submissions and drawings to keep the programme on track.
• Manage the main construction programme; Procore experience advantageous.
• Attend project meetings and draft progress reports.
• Prepare and monitor the Project Quality Plan and site quality.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, RAMs reviews, and RFIs prior to works.
• Liaise with QS on procurement and attend pre-order meetings.
• Maintain a clean, safe site with proper PPE for the design/client team.
