Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with Ops teams (core business, fintech, employee experience, customer support) cross-functional partners to find opportunities to increase operational efficiency and scale our business effectively
  • Take full ownership of data initiatives, working autonomously without supervision.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines, ensuring data integrity and reliability.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, including senior leadership and C-level executives, effectively communicating insights and recommendations.
  • Create and promote effective self-service analytics infrastructure for your areas
  • Develop user-friendly dashboards and high-quality data visualizations that drive actions and support decision making
  • Work in tandem with Analytics Engineers, sharing requirements for DBT models, in order to create the cleanest data structures and KPIs for your product areas

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in data analytics team
  • Fluent in SQL, experience building and maintaining data models in dbt or similar tooling
  • Strong ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and drive initiatives from start to finish.
  • Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication skills and experience dealing with stakeholders of varying seniority
  • You are naturally curious and enjoy challenging the status quo

  • You have a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Economics or equivalent degree
  • You are driven by business impact generated from your insights
  • You are proactive and like to take responsibility in projects, managing requirements and collaborating with a number of different teams across the company
  • You know when to go deep on a task and when to execute
