Qualifications

• Experience in a construction consultancy setting focused on Healthcare projects.
• Clear understanding of NHS Scotland requirements, such as NHS Scotland Assure - KSAR Process, Governance and Compliance.
• Pre and post contract design and project management across the RIBA lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• NEC4 Contract Administration accreditation is a plus.
• Maintain accurate project records (paper and electronic).
• Robust Stakeholder Management process.

Responsibilities

• Manage one or more very complex Healthcare projects within Scotland, with a regional footprint.
• Administer NEC4 contracts and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.
• Oversee project delivery from inception through close-out, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Supervise senior engineers, project administration, controls, scheduling, and procurement staff as needed.
