We have a wonderful opportunity for a Senior Support Worker to join our caring and support team at Rowland House, Thames Ditton.

What you'll be working:

Your hours are based on a rota working every other weekend.
Full time hours
42 hours per week

What you'll be doing:

  • Provide direct care and support as part of a multi-disciplinary team
  • Work and act as a key member of the team, supporting each patient in achievement of their planned outcomes
  • Maintain accurate, legible records of care provided, based upon the care plan
  • Be actively involved in meeting own and team objectives through encouraging and supporting others
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with residents, their families, colleagues and any relevant professionals
  • Provide personal care

What you'll have:

  • A genuine interest in providing the best person-centred care possible
  • A NVQ in Health and Social Care from Level 3 onwards is desirable
  • Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
