Location: Peterborough / Hybrid/Site Visits

You'll be part of a collaborative team delivering impactful projects that improve lives and protect the environment, working alongside industry leaders in a culture that prioritizes wellbeing, safety, and personal growth.

What you'll be doing

As a visible champion of our Safer Everyday strategy, you'll:

• Help teams develop strong, consistent safety behaviors aligned with our Safer Every Day principles.
• Build open, collaborative environments that promote a culture of wellbeing and safety.
• Conduct site inspections and assurance visits to maintain high standards.
• Deliver inspiring training sessions, from orientation to on-site briefings.
• Measure impact and drive continuous improvement across projects.
• Share best practices and support innovation across the alliance.

Who we're looking for

What you'll bring:

• NEBOSH Construction Certificate and Tech IOSH (or higher) membership.
• A valid CSCS Safety Professional card.

• A full UK driving license for site visits.
