Job summary

Fawkes & Reece Group in Bristol are seeking an experienced Health & Safety Manager to lead site safety across high-value construction projects.

You will drive compliance with ISO 45001/14001/9001, and hold NEBOSH and IOSH qualifications, championing continuous improvement and safe work practices on site.

Work across schemes valued £100M-£300M and ensure alignment with client expectations and company standards while mentoring project teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role on high-value schemes would be advantageous.
• Knowledge of ISO 45001/ ISO 14001 and ISO 9001.
• Relevant qualifications including NEBOSH & IOSH.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety of project teams across the site and promote best practice.
• Drive compliance with legal standards and client expectations.
• Support planning and delivery teams with high-risk activities.
• Carry out safety inspections & audits.
• Promote Health & Safety awareness and behavioural improvement.
