Job summary

Irwin and Colton is seeking a Health & Safety Manager for Scarborough to lead site-wide health and safety initiatives, embedding a strong safety culture from shop floor to leadership. You will deploy and coordinate the site's policy, ensure legal compliance, and drive continuous improvement in a dynamic manufacturing setting.

The successful candidate will hold a NEBOSH Diploma, have extensive manufacturing experience (ideally in food manufacturing), and possess strong ISO 45001 knowledge along

• Strong understanding of ISO 45001 and safety management systems.

You will have:
