Job summary

Mace Construct Limited is seeking an experienced H&S Advisor to join our Heathrow Airport Infrastructure framework in London. You will work onsite, providing expert H&S guidance, mentoring the team, and driving improvement initiatives across the project

Key responsibilities include advising MDJV managers, interpreting contractual health and safety obligations, and building strong relationships with customers and suppliers to support project targets.

Qualifications

• Formal diploma or professional H&S qualification is required.
• Strong business acumen to align H&S objectives with project goals.
• Pro-active, client-focused with clear understanding of project needs.
• Good IT literacy and ability to use standard office tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as H&S advisor in own area and keep the team updated on developments.
• Mentor others and share knowledge to improve performance.
• Define strategies and methods to drive H&S improvements on the project.
• Provide H&S advice to MDJV and project managers to meet objectives.
• Maintain awareness of project implications to improve recommendations.
• Develop relationships with customers, partners and suppliers to influence decisions.
• Interpret contractual and statutory requirements to protect project integrity.
• Engage with stakeholders to achieve project targets.
