The Shrewsbury Family of Schools is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Manager to lead and develop safety across our multi-site education group. You will provide strategic advice, conduct audits and risk assessments, and ensure compliance with UK legislation while promoting a practical safety culture.

Reporting to the Director of Finance & Operations, you will manage policy development, training, incidents, emergency planning, fire safety and Martyn’s Law implementation across boarding,

Qualifications

• Qualified health & safety professional with knowledge of UK legislation.
• Experience across multi-site or education sector.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Experience leading audits, risk assessments and incident investigations.
