Job summary

Hill Dickinson LLP's Health Litigation team is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate to defend clinical negligence claims for NHS Resolution and other defendant clients. The role offers the flexibility of working from Liverpool, Leeds, or remotely, with standard hours 09:00–17:30, Monday to Friday, and significant opportunities to develop specialisms under experienced colleagues.

You will analyse evidence, draft reports, supervise juniors, and contribute to client relationships and business

Responsibilities

• Analysing evidence and organising investigations.
• Drafting reports and advising clients.
• Interviewing witnesses and drafting statements.
• Instructing experts and Counsel.
• Attending Court for case management meetings and hearings.
• Negotiating settlements and contributing to trials/ADR.
• Supervision of colleagues and development of the team.
• Building client relationships and contributing to BD.
