Job summary

UK-Med in Manchester is seeking a highly experienced Medical Doctor to lead infectious disease outbreak preparedness and response within our emergency health programmes. You will operate at a senior technical level, reporting to the Deputy Health Director and guiding deployed Medical Coordinators.

• Medical Doctor with specialist expertise in infectious diseases
• Extensive experience in outbreak preparedness and response

• Provide senior clinical and technical leadership across UK-Med's emergency health programmes.
• Mentor deployed Medical Coordinators and register members.
• Lead outbreak response planning, clinical governance, and technical standards.
