Job summary

UK-Med is seeking a Roving HR Manager - Emergency Responses to lead HR functions across humanitarian operations, including deployment to high‑risk contexts such as Gaza. Based in Manchester with hybrid working, the role requires extensive international travel up to 80% and immediate start for a 3‑month FTC with extension potential.

You will provide strategic and operational HR leadership, workforce planning, employee relations, safeguarding, staff wellbeing and HR compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HR in humanitarian or volatile environments.
• Ability to advise senior managers and Heads of Mission on HR matters.
• Experience ensuring safeguarding, wellbeing and compliance in complex settings.
