You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, providing pressure area and personal care, supporting rehabilitation goals, and delivering evidence-based patient-centred care on a 36-hour-per-week rotating day/night shift. Flexible working options may be available.

We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and experienced, HCSW to join our friendly team within the Bignold Ward at Caithness General Hospital, Wick.
We are a busy 24 bed post- acute and rehabilitation ward. We care for a variety of complex conditions such as stroke and neurological conditions, orthopaedics and elderly care; this has led our team to develop an advanced skill set in many different areas of nursing.
As a HCSW, you will be supported in completing further training and gaining the experience needed to deliver a high standard of evidence based patient centred care. You will be working closely with the multi-disciplinary team and will play a key role in implementing rehabilitation goals. You will also be an essential team member by supplying pressure area care and personal care to vulnerable patients.
There are 2 full time permanent posts each working 36 hours per week on a rotational day/night shift contract to meet the needs of the service
