What will you be doing as our new Senior Health and Safety Advisor?We're passionate about keeping our people safe, happy, and thriving – which is why we’re strengthening our SHEA (Safety, Health, Environment and Assurance) team with a dedicated Senior Health, Safety & Wellbeing Advisor.

You’ll be part of a collaborative team delivering impactful projects that improve lives and protect the environment. You'll work alongside industry leaders in a culture that truly prioritises wellbeing, safety, and personal growth.

Key responsibilities:As a visible champion of our Safer Every Day strategy, you’ll:

• Help teams develop strong, consistent safety behaviours in line with our Safer Every Day principles
• Build open, collaborative environments that drive a culture of wellbeing and safety
• Conduct site inspections and assurance visits to keep our standards high
• Deliver inspiring training sessions – from orientation to on-site briefings
• Measure impact and drive continuous improvement across projects
• Share best practice and support innovation across the alliance

• NEBOSH Construction Certificate and Tech IOSH (or higher) membership
• A valid CSCS Safety Professional card
• Strong communication and people skills – you're trusted, respected, and supportive
