We're seeking a dynamic and driven Health & Safety Advisor to join our client's growing team, providing invaluable advice and support to clients across various industries. In this role, you'll be the go-to advisor for all health and safety matters, helping clients navigate compliance and mitigate risks to ensure their operations are safe and legally compliant.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

1. Provide expert health and safety advice via phone and email, ensuring clients understand their responsibilities and risks.
2. Guide clients in using their online health and safety systems and proactively address their needs.
3. Conduct detailed research to deliver accurate support.
4. Work with external agencies, representing clients when necessary, and ensuring compliance.
5. Review and recommend updates to management systems and risk assessments.
6. Meet deadlines for delivering services to clients.
7. Create guidance notes, risk assessments, and checklists.
8. Collaborate with Business Development Managers to review prospective clients' documents and assist in sales.
9. Manage client cases from start to finish, ensuring smooth transitions and strong relationships.
10. Stay updated with legal changes and company training to provide current advice.
11. Present training sessions and webinars to colleagues and clients.
