Michael Page Property and Construction seeks an experienced Operations Manager to oversee delivery of multiple high-rise residential projects across the social housing sector in the UK. This strategic role drives operational performance, safety, quality and commercial outcomes while leading Project Managers, Contracts Managers and site teams.

You will champion best practices in health, safety and environmental standards, while shaping programme efficiency, resource planning and stakeholder

Qualificações

• Proven experience in a senior operations leadership role within construction.
• Strong track record delivering high-rise residential projects, preferably in social housing/regeneration.
• Experience managing multi-million pound project portfolios.
• Solid understanding of construction methodologies, programme management and project controls.
• Demonstrable leadership experience managing large operational teams.
• Commercially astute with knowledge of contractual and financial performance management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and compliance requirements.
• Relevant construction qualification, degree or equivalent industry experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the operational delivery of multiple high-rise residential projects from pre-construction through to completion.
• Manage Project Managers, Contracts Managers and site teams to ensure successful outcomes.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to quality standards.
• Drive programme performance and identify efficiencies.
• Maintain relationships with housing associations, authorities, consultants and subcontractors.
• Oversee resource planning and allocation across projects.
• Support commercial teams to maximise profitability and manage contractual risks.
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions.
• Champion HSE best practice across operations.
• Contribute to business planning and growth initiatives.
