• Qualified accountant with extensive financial reporting and control experience in a complex multi-entity organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the financial reporting function with month-end and year-end reporting accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee consolidation of annual financial statements and statutory reporting requirements.
• Manage relationships with external auditors and coordinate the annual audit.
• Ensure robust balance sheet controls and reconciliations across the organisation.
• Prepare financial performance reports and executive reporting for governance committees.
• Provide technical accounting guidance on complex matters.
• Lead and develop the Financial Reporting team and governance activities.
• Support ongoing system development and reporting capability enhancements.
• Drive improvements in controls, month-end processes and reporting efficiency.
