Buro Happold Limited is seeking a Head of Financial Reporting & Assurance to lead global statutory reporting and the external audit programme across 20+ entities. You will work with regional finance teams and external auditors to ensure high standards of compliance and governance.

The role sits within the Global Finance team, offering significant visibility and impact, with hybrid working from the Bath office. A Qualified accountant with international reporting experience is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified accountant with UK GAAP/IFRS expertise.
• Experience leading statutory reporting across multiple entities.
• Proven ability to manage external audits and governance.

Aufgaben

• Lead global statutory reporting and coordinate audits across jurisdictions.
• Act as primary day-to-day contact for external auditors.
• Provide technical accounting leadership; ensure compliance with UK GAAP and IFRS.
• Develop accounting policies, governance procedures and standards.
• Lead assurance reviews and identify reporting risks.
• Support finance transformation, including automation and analytics.
