Senior Head of Commercial Financial Planning & Analysis

We are currently partnering with a hugely successful and investing digital consumer brand, in their search for a Senior Head of Commercial Financial Planning & Analysis. The role reports directly to Senior leadership and is based at fantastic, Central London head offices.

We are seeking top talent - bright, ambitious individuals who already possess a proven track record of success within their careers to date. As the business continues to grow, there is huge opportunity here to continue to carve out the remit of the role and support the strategic direction of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and develop a high performing team of finance talent across commercial finance / financial planning & analysis.
2. Drive analysis and assessment of the profitability of all revenue streams across the UK and international businesses.
3. Produce relevant financial modelling and insights into business performance to identify trends and focus further investment.
4. Further develop financial planning and forecasting frameworks globally.
5. Directly support the CFO and other directors across the group in relation to the brand's strategic initiatives and international development plans.

Qualifications:

1. A proactive, driven, forward-thinking mindset.
2. Ability to clearly view the wider business picture and truly add value from a strategic perspective.
3. Exceptional communication skills, gravitas, and able to play a key role in top-level conversations and decision-making.
4. A flexible, more 'hands-on' approach when needed.
