Overview

This position is for Agency (Senior HCA) who book shifts on an Ad-Hoc or block-booking basis. We have shifts Nationwide as well.

Responsibilities

• Administer medication and assist service users with immediate needs such as dressing, hygiene and washing.
• Assist and manage other HCAs.
• Provide companionship and emotional support, contributing positively to well-being.
• Liaise with Managers and other Team Leaders.
• Help clients participate in leisure activities, such as day trips.
• Maintain accurate record keeping, update care plans, use medical equipment, and keep a cheery attitude.

Qualifications

• At least 3 months of paid experience within a UK Care setting.
• Right to work within the UK.
• Live enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain).
• Medication training essential.
• Willingness to register on our app for compliance, timesheets, and shifts.
• Level 3 training in healthcare or higher preferred.
