Job summary

Hunter-Savage- is seeking a Senior Hardware R&D Engineer to lead R&D projects in a manufacturing environment. The role focuses on delivering advanced PCB designs and high-speed layouts, with emphasis on lab bring-up, testing, and compliant product development.

Qualifications

• Strong track record delivering complex PCB designs into real products.
• Experience with lab bring-up, debugging and test equipment such as oscilloscopes and analysers.
• Solid understanding of high-speed layout fundamentals (return paths, impedance control, decoupling, clocks).
• Experience designing robust power systems for sensitive electronics (noise, sequencing, protections).
• Ability to derive product requirements from commercial specifications and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage R&D projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to standards.
• Engage in product development from concept to implementation, driving innovative solutions.
• Ensure products meet industry regulations and standards.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to align projects with strategy and client needs.
• Develop, validate, and implement testing protocols.
