Job summary

IC Resources is seeking a Senior Electronics Engineer to design, develop and validate electronic hardware for high-performance RF and communication systems in the Stockport area.

You will handle analogue, digital and mixed-signal circuits, schematic capture, PCB layout, prototyping and lab testing, collaborating with RF, software and mechanical teams to ensure production-ready designs.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) required.
• Experience in circuit design, PCB layout and lab-based testing.
• RF or high-speed digital design familiarity desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop analogue, digital, and mixed-signal circuits.
• Schematic capture, PCB design, and component selection.
• Support bring-up, debugging, and validation of prototype hardware.
• Collaborate with RF, software, and mechanical teams for integration.
• Contribute to design reviews, documentation, and testing activities.
