The role includes a tailored development plan to manage engineers, training to progress to leadership, and a 37‑hour week from a Heysham based office with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Hardware / Electronics Engineer role
• Full project life-cycle experience (concept to production)
• Ability to obtain enhanced Security Clearance
