Job summary

TSA Surveying Ltd is seeking a Hard FM Consultant to deliver technical FM consultancy across a diverse client base. You will provide expertise in asset management, lifecycle planning, surveys, maintenance strategy, data management, and procurement support, working with senior consultants and clients.

Ideal candidates have a strong engineering background (electrical bias preferred), knowledge of building services, and experience managing FM projects.

Qualifications

Significant experience in a technical FM role.
Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical building services.
Experience managing or delivering FM projects.
Understanding of statutory compliance and Hard FM best practice.
Knowledge of FM contracts, asset management and lifecycle planning.
Experience with CAFM, BIM and/or emerging FM technologies.
Experience supporting FM bids and tender responses.
Strong commercial and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

Provide technical expertise across a range of Hard FM projects.
Assist with asset management and lifecycle planning.
Support maintenance strategy and PPM development.
Contribute to FM mobilisation and asset data management.
Assist with project and defects management.
