Job summary

TSA Surveying Ltd in the UK is seeking a Facilities Management Consultant / Senior Consultant to join the Asset & Facilities Management Advisory team on a nationwide, home-based basis. You will support building owners and occupiers across the FM lifecycle, from strategy to procurement and transition, helping clients improve value from contracts.

Ideal candidates will have a solid FM background, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work across public and private sector projects.

Qualifications

• Analytical thinker with ability to interpret complex information.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to improvement.
• Good understanding of Facilities Management and the built environment.
• Commercial awareness and clear, concise communication.

Responsibilities

• Support building owners and occupiers across the full FM lifecycle.
• Contribute to strategy, procurement, mobilisation, contract management and performance improvement.
• Analyse FM contracts, identify improvement opportunities and root causes of issues.
• Develop practical FM strategies and operating models for clients.
• Assist with procurement, mobilisation and transition programmes.
• Support successful expiry and transition of PFI / PPP contracts.
• Collaborate with a team of consultants on a varied portfolio of UK projects.
