Qualifications

• A sound track record within hairdressing.
• A formal hairdressing qualification - minimum level 2.
• A genuine desire to share your expertise and support learners.

Responsibilities

• Train and mentor aspiring hairdressers at the training academy.
• Deliver coaching and support to develop formal training and assessing qualifications.
• Help learners progress toward becoming qualified hairdresser tutors.
