Job summary

Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a Practice Development Nurse to provide senior clinical leadership, education, and quality improvement across care sites in England and Wales. You will work in an independent nurse-led provider partnering with the NHS to deliver dialysis care with state-of-the-art clinics.

This full-time, 37.5 hour/week role offers a salary of £47,870–£54,710 DOE, generous benefits, and strong opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Qualified as an RGN Nurse with haemodialysis experience.
• Teaching qualification and ability to deliver education.
• Experience with OSCA/OSCE assessment processes.
• Willingness to travel across England and Wales.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior clinical leadership in haemodialysis nursing practice.
• Lead implementation of evidence-based practice and reduce unwarranted variation.
• Act as a senior clinical resource supporting complex decision-making.
• Teach, assess, and sign off clinical competencies.
• Develop, deliver, and quality-assure OSCEs/OSCA/OSCEs.
• Develop, review, and implement clinical policies and guidelines.
• Provide expert nursing input into service development and workforce planning.
• Adapt delivery to local needs while maintaining national standards.
