Role: Senior Guidewire Solutions Engineer

Location: Remote, or office based in the UK (London, Birmingham, Nottingham, Liverpool, Manchester, Scotland)

This is a significant opportunity to help enable, shape, and deliver company-wide transformation. The successful candidate will join a newly forming Guidewire CoE team to help this UK-recognized organization leverage Guidewire to its full potential.

This role offers the opportunity to challenge the status quo, push boundaries, and play a major role during a significant period of change affecting the entire business.

Responsibilities:

• Designing and delivering robust, scalable solutions across Guidewire’s digital and core platforms, including Digital (Customer Engage / Vendor Engage), Policy Center, Billing Center, and Claims Center.
• Developing integrations, APIs, and working across both front-end and back-end full stack development.
• Coaching, leading, and mentoring Guidewire Software Engineers, both in-house and third-party.

Requirements:

• Experience delivering fit-for-purpose Guidewire solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Experience in architecting, integrating, and designing complex Guidewire solutions.
• Knowledge of Guidewire’s Data Models and SaaS opportunities.
• Hands-on experience in designing and developing integrations and APIs.
• Experience across the full stack, including front-end and back-end development.

This role is well suited for home-based or remote Guidewire technical specialists and can be based anywhere in the UK.
