Role: Senior Guidewire Engineer

Location: Remote, or office based in the UK (London, Birmingham, Nottingham, Liverpool, Manchester, Scotland)

This is a significant opportunity to help enable, shape, and deliver companywide transformation. The successful candidate will join a newly forming Guidewire CoE team to help this UK-recognized organization leverage Guidewire to its full potential.

This role offers the ability to challenge the status quo, push boundaries, and play a major role during a period of significant change affecting the entire business.

It can be based remotely or in an office in the UK.

Role:

Designed for someone who enjoys designing and delivering robust, scalable solutions across Guidewire’s digital and core platforms. The role involves working on various solutions, including Digital (Customer Engage / Vendor Engage) and Guidewire’s core offerings (Policy Center, Billing Center, Claims Center).

You should be hands-on with experience in designing and developing integrations, APIs, and full-stack development (front-end and back-end).

The role includes coaching, leading, and mentoring Guidewire Software Engineers, both in-house and third-party.

Ideal candidate:

• Experience delivering fit-for-purpose Guidewire solutions aligned with business objectives
• Experience in architecting, integrating, and designing complex Guidewire solutions
• Knowledge of Guidewire’s Data Models and SaaS opportunities
