A UK-recognized organization is seeking a Guidewire Architect to join their newly forming Center of Excellence team. This role involves designing scalable Guidewire solutions and integrating systems while coaching a team of software engineers, offering significant autonomy and the chance to influence company-wide transformations. Ideal candidates will have extensive Guidewire knowledge and a passion for architectural innovation, with remote work options available.

This is a significant opportunity to help enable, shape, and deliver company-wide transformation. The successful candidate will join a newly forming Guidewire Center of Excellence (CoE) team to help this UK-recognized organization leverage Guidewire to its full potential.
This role offers the ability to challenge the status quo, push boundaries, and play a major role during a period of significant change affecting the entire business.
This position can be based remotely in the UK or office-based.
Role:
Ideal for someone who can lead in designing and shaping end-to-end solutions across the Guidewire platform, including Policy Center, Billing Center, and Claim Center. The role will be responsible for designing fit-for-purpose, scalable, and seamless integrations, ensuring Guidewire aligns with business and technical objectives.
The candidate should be a hands-on architect, likely still close to coding, with a thorough understanding of the Guidewire stack from top to bottom, and the ability to influence and collaborate closely with Guidewire and third-party providers.
The role includes coaching and leading Guidewire Software Engineers, both in-house and third-party.
