This is a significant opportunity to help enable, shape, and deliver company-wide transformation. You will be responsible for joining a newly forming Guidewire CoE team to help this UK-recognized organization leverage Guidewire to its full potential.
This role offers the ability to challenge the status quo, push boundaries, and will play a major role during a significant period of change affecting the entire business.
This role can be based remotely in the UK or at an office location.
Suitable for someone who can lead the design and shaping of end-to-end solutions across the Guidewire platform, including Policy Centre, Billing Center, and Claim Centre. You will be accountable for designing fit-for-purpose, scalable, and seamless integrations, ensuring Guidewire aligns with business and technical objectives.
To succeed, you should be a hands-on Architect, likely still close to the code, with a thorough understanding of the Guidewire stack from top to bottom. You should have the ability to influence and work closely with Guidewire and third-party vendors.
The role involves coaching and leading Guidewire Software Engineers, both in-house and third-party.
