In London, the Senior Director, Client Growth & Innovation will own and grow a portfolio of strategic CPG client relationships, shaping growth agendas and connecting clients with Kantar’s capabilities.

You’ll lead senior-level conversations, orchestrate cross-disciplinary teams and drive sustainable revenue growth across the client portfolio, with a focus on innovation and brand

Qualifications

• Experience in innovation, commercial leadership and client growth roles.
• Strong knowledge of the Consumer Packaged Goods sector, with experience solving growth challenges.
• Track record of growing complex, high-value client relationships and building commercial opportunities.
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders and decision-makers (CMOs, Innovation Directors, Brand Leaders).
• Clear storytelling and executive communication skills to connect disciplines into a growth narrative.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of strategic CPG client relationships and develop account plans to increase impact.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client leaders, including CMOs and Brand Directors.
• Lead strategic conversations on growth, portfolio expansion, innovation and brand strategy.
• Connect opportunities with Kantar’s wider capabilities to create integrated client solutions.
• Orchestrate multidisciplinary teams across geographies to act as one growth partner.
