Job summary

Kantar, a world‑leading AI‑native marketing data and analytics business, is seeking a Senior Director of Business Development focused on Customer Experience partnerships. Based in the UK with London‑centric hybrid work, you will lead senior CX opportunities, shape go‑to‑market strategies, and drive growth through strategic client engagements with platforms like Qualtrics and Medallia.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of winning large, complex CX or consulting-led deals.
• Strong understanding of the CX ecosystem, platforms, insights, analytics and transformation.
• Direct experience with CX platforms such as Qualtrics and/or Medallia.
• Confident in engaging and influencing senior client stakeholders including C‑suite leaders.
• Disciplined, commercial approach to pipeline management and opportunity qualification.

Responsibilities

• Lead CX new-business hunting across the UK, opening doors and winning large, complex CX programmes.
• Create and execute competitive displacement strategies, targeting accounts held by competitors and positioning Kantar as partner of choice.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders across CX, Marketing, Digital and Operations.
• Shape and lead high-value CX opportunities end-to-end, from discovery through negotiation and close.
• Collaborate with Qualtrics and Medallia to develop joint go-to-market activity and win shared client opportunities.
