Qualifications

• Agency experience in social media, influencer marketing or digital PR.
• Ability to translate pitches into effective strategies and actions.
• Confident communication and trust-building with audiences.
• Strong understanding of the DACH or relevant European markets.
• Proactive self-starter who seeks opportunities and builds cases.

Responsibilities

• Lead the pitch process end to end with tailored proposals.
• Generate new business via outbound activity and aligned outreach.
• Drive growth by meeting targets and expanding the client portfolio.
• Advise senior leadership with market insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams for project success.
• Monitor KPIs and pipeline in HubSpot to evaluate results.
