Capital on Tap seeks a data-driven analyst/engineer to own a high-volume US acquisition channel. You will build and maintain data pipelines (SQL, dbt) and turn data into campaign-ready audiences, while launching and optimising campaigns through rigorous analysis.

You'll explore new data sources, collaborate with Data Engineering, and help drive growth across the US customer lifecycle with hands-on analysis and experimentation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience as an Analytics/Data Engineer or Data Analyst in a fast-paced environment (start-up or scale-up).
• Strong analytical/quantitative skills and ability to frame business problems as analytical questions.
• Willingness to build, analyse, and maintain complex datasets.

Responsabilités

• Own the delivery of a high-volume, data-driven US acquisition channel and contribute to its strategy and roadmap.
• Build and maintain data pipelines (SQL, dbt) turning data into campaign-ready audiences.
• Launch and optimise campaigns through analysis and testing.
