Capital on Tap is expanding its US Growth & Data Science team. You will own the delivery of data-driven acquisition campaigns, build pipelines, and constantly test and optimise strategies to drive growth across the US customer lifecycle.

You’ll collaborate with data engineers and external partners to productionise datasets and explore new data sources for marketing, fraud, and KYB, while leveraging Python, SQL, Looker, and Tableau in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as an Analytics/Data Engineer or Data Analyst in a fast-paced environment (startup or scale-up).
• Strong analytical/quantitative skills and ability to translate business problems into analytical questions.
• Willingness to build, analyse, and maintain complex datasets.
• Experience in growth or marketing analytics is a plus.
• Experience with Python or R and dashboarding tools Looker or Tableau is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own delivery of high-volume, data-driven acquisition campaigns and roadmap.
• Build and maintain data pipelines (SQL, dbt) turning data into campaign-ready audiences.
• Launch and optimise campaigns through analysis and testing.
• Identify growth opportunities across the customer lifecycle.
• Evaluate new data sources for marketing, underwriting, fraud and KYB.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and external partners to productionise datasets.
