Job summary

Kwalee’s Growth Analytics team is hiring a Senior Growth Analyst to act as the early-warning radar and money brain for our mobile portfolio. You’ll go beyond reporting, sizing opportunities, and guiding actionable UA decisions, with a strong emphasis on rapid insight and impact.

You’ll be based onsite in Leamington Spa, joining a collaborative studio environment that fuels creativity and innovation.

Qualifications

• Several years of analytics experience in mobile games or app businesses with paid acquisition.
• Strong SQL and Python; enjoy building models, not just queries.
• Hands-on experience with LTV prediction, cohort analysis, and ROAS modelling.
• Solid grasp of experiment design and statistics.
• Commercial instinct: focus on outcomes and actionable recommendations.
• Clear communicator translating data into simple insights for all audiences.

Responsibilities

• Be our early-warning radar by building automated monitoring across revenue, spend, ROAS and retention.
• Build the money models: LTV and ROAS models to guide UA targets.
• Guide where the money goes by identifying the most effective spend across games and channels.
• Detect, diagnose, and recommend with quantified impact when metrics move.
• Prove what works by measuring the real impact of the team’s work.
• Level up creative testing: design how we test ads and track dashboards.
• Tell the story with clear, simple insights to the team and leadership.
