Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Group Reporting Manager to lead consolidation, budgeting and forecasting across a growing multi-entity UK group. You will drive governance, process improvements and strategic support in collaboration with senior leadership.

The role involves ownership of end-to-end reporting, monthly close, and coordination with auditors to ensure accurate statutory outputs. A strong technical accounting background and Excel proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified ACA/ACCA or equivalent.
• Proven experience in group reporting or consolidation in a multi-entity environment.
• Strong accounting knowledge with FRS 102.
• Advanced Excel; consolidation/ERP systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the consolidated monthly, quarterly, and annual results in line with UK GAAP.
• Own the Group month-end close process and reporting packs with variance commentary.
• Develop and maintain the Group consolidation model and reporting structure for scalability.
• Coordinate with auditors for year-end statutory reporting and improve financial controls.
• Manage intercompany eliminations and consolidate multiple UK entities.
