Job Description
As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will have the opportunity to drive change and need to be comfortable within a complex setup. You will have to be proactive and adaptable when working with the business to develop and deliver a people plan, identifying and delivering solutions that optimise both employee and business performance. We will rely on you to be a thought-leader in all aspects of your role, bringing sound judgement and fresh ideas across a variety of HR projects and programmes within the business. You will lead on various strategic people initiatives, working in collaboration with senior partners to develop, deliver, and embed business strategy and organisational change.
This role forms part of the larger WNS organisational matrix and plays a very key part of a smaller, local leadership team in Ipswich where there is a need for a ‘roll sleeves up, can-do approach and mentality’ within the office.
