RES is seeking a Group FP&A Manager to drive financial planning, analysis and strategic support. You will work with global stakeholders including the Group CFO and business-unit leaders to deliver insights and optimise performance.

The role offers exposure to senior leadership, opportunities to shape the financial roadmap, and involvement in strategic finance projects across a growing, global renewable energy company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a numerate or business subject or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience in FP&A within a complex international business is desirable.
• Knowledge of renewables industry is highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Lead monthly reporting to the Group Executive on financial performance, PBT forecast, risks/opportunities and liquidity.
• Perform thorough financial analysis on complex datasets and derive strategic recommendations.
• Act as a strategic finance partner to business units with strong stakeholder engagement.
• Lead annual strategy, business plan and budget processes and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Drive improvements in P&L and cash forecasting tools; support ERP implementation.
