Job summary

RES, the world’s largest independent renewable energy company, seeks a Group FP&A Manager to drive financial planning, analysis and strategic support. Based in RES’ global headquarters, you will partner with senior leaders across divisions and work with a small, ambitious team to influence key decisions.

You’ll deliver monthly performance reporting, participate in budget planning, and help shape investment strategies while mentoring junior colleagues and advancing FP&A processes post-ERP

Qualifications

• University degree in a numerate or business subject.
• CFA or related finance qualifications beneficial but not required.
• Experience in the renewable energy industry desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver monthly reporting to the Group Executive, including PBT forecast and liquidity.
• Perform thorough financial analysis on complex datasets.
• Act as strategic finance partner to business units.
• Lead annual strategy, business plan and budget process.
• Lead cross-functional strategic finance projects and present findings to senior leaders.
• Drive improvements in P&L and cash forecasting tools.
• Support new FP&A processes post ERP implementation.
• Provide guidance to junior colleagues.
• Identify risks and opportunities early for data-driven decisions.
