NCC Group plc is seeking a senior Group Financial Controller to lead Group Finance & Control, Tax, Treasury and Transactional Finance Services. You will drive financial reporting, governance and control, and oversee workstreams including Workday Finance, in partnership with the CFO and Audit Committee.

You will manage a global finance function, influence senior management, and support major corporate projects while driving process improvements and automation.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA or equivalent.
• Strong Group financial control experience in PLC/complex organisations.
• Excellent IFRS knowledge including consolidation and external reporting.
• Proven leadership of high-performing Finance teams.

Responsabilités

• Own the Group reporting calendar and consolidation to deadlines.
• Lead the preparation of consolidated financial statements and annual report sections.
• Maintain robust financial control framework and accounting policies.
• Lead external audit relationship and ensure regulatory reporting readiness.
