Job summary

McLaren Automotive Limited is seeking a finite-term Financial Consolidation specialist to own the end-to-end consolidation for the McLaren Group, ensuring accurate intercompany eliminations and audit-ready schedules. You will support month-end close and prepare group-level statements under FRS 102.

You will collaborate with the Financial Control Team to deliver accurate statutory reporting, IFRS conversion work, and continuous process improvements within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification plus industry or practice experience in multi-entity consolidation.
• Experience applying FRS 102 within consolidation/financial reporting.
• Strong accounting background including month-end close and balance-sheet reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end financial consolidation of McLaren Group Limited under FRS 102.
• Prepare and review consolidation journals, intercompany eliminations and schedules.
• Manage intercompany & related-party reconciliations across group entities.
• Support consolidated financial statements, disclosures and complex consolidation areas.
• Provide accounting support across month-end close including journals, accruals and prepayments.
• Prepare or review balance-sheet reconciliations and control accounts.
• Support statutory reporting and external audits with audit-ready schedules.
• Apply FRS 102 and group policies, escalate judgements.
• Prepare Group reporting for IFRS conversion requirements.
• Support ERP improvements and data validation across processes.
• Mentor less-experienced team members.
